Uptick includes a notes feature as a place to save information to assist with completing performance reviews. 

Notes are private by default. They can be added directly on the notes page, or via a saved comment within your 1:1 or on the My 1:1s page. On the Notes page, notes can be tagged according to the correlating review topic.

  1. Click on Notes in the left-hand navigation (on mobile, the 3-line icon in the top left corner). Any notes you have saved from a 1:1 will appear at the top, untagged.
  2. To add a note, click the (+) Add a Note link in the top right. 
  3. To tag a note, click the Add a Tag button in-line with the note and choose a topic from the default list that appears.
  4. To edit or delete a note, click on the note itself and these options will appear on the far right. 

Tooltip: You can set up reminders to help you get in the habit of writing regular notes.
