Download your own review

You can download your own review via the Reviews page. On the Reviews page, click on a review period to open your review:

Once the review is open, locate the sidebar menu in the upper right corner, and click the download icon:

There will be a button to click to "Download PDF", which will immediately download your review.

Managers and Approvers can download reviews

If you are a manager or an approver of reviews, you can download those reviews from the Reviews page.

A manager can download reviews for people that report to them, as long as at least the manager evaluation step has been completed.
An approver can download the reviews they are the approver on, as long as at least the approval step has been completed.

Go to the Reviews page, and click on the "Reviews I Give" tab or the "Reviews I approve" tab.

Click the "Download All" button to download all the reviews at once.

Or click the 3-dot menu on the far right of a team member's name, and choose "Download as PDF" to download a review individually.

To access reviews as an Admin go to the Review Cycles page.

On the far right of a review cycle, click the 3-dot menu and you'll see an option to "Download All Reviews".

This will generate a zip file of all the reviews in that cycle, send it to your email, and you'll be able to download the zip file and open it to view all the individual PDFs.

To access reviews as an Admin go to the Review Cycles page.

On the far right of a review cycle, click the 3-dot menu and choose "Manage Reviews". That will open the review cycle where you will see a full list of everyone included in the review cycle.

Click the 3-dot menu on the far right that corresponds with any individual, and choose "Download as PDF" to download their review individually.
