Once your completed review has been shared with you by your manager, the final step is to digitally sign off on your review.

Note: This signature step is acknowledging that you have received your review, not that you agree with everything in it.


To sign your review, open your review from the Reviews page

You'll receive an email notification when your review has been shared with you. Click the link in the email, or go to the Reviews page in Uptick.

Note: If you're a manager and/or approver, make sure you are on the "My Reviews" tab.

You'll see your current review listed at the top of the page. Click the "Go to Review" button to open your review:

When you're ready to sign, open your review menu by clicking the top icon:

At the bottom of the menu you'll see a blue "Sign Your Review" button. Click the button, and that is recorded as your signature:

And that's all! Once signed, your review is fully completed.
